We are thrilled to announce that BIS Publishers is starting a new collaboration with Service Design College! As part of this exciting partnership, we will be launching a series of training sessions led by some of our most inspiring authors, starting with Wina Smeenk.
Wina Smeenk, author of the toolkit Design, Play, Change and The Co-Design Canvas, will lead our first training session, ‘Co-design for Societal Impact’. Wina is a Professor of Societal Impact Design at Inholland University of Applied Sciences (the Netherlands) and the founder of the Expertise Network Systemic Co-design—a collaboration among four Dutch universities of applied sciences. With over 25 years of experience as a strategist, co-designer and researcher, Wina is a leading expert in co-design and design thinking.
Smeenk´s training includes digital access to Design Play Change and the book The Co-Design Canvas, published by BIS Publishers, which will help you with complex challenges in a hands-on, collaborative way. This resource is ideal for anyone looking to use playful methods for creative problem-solving, whether in social design, research, or tackling ecological and organisational challenges.
