She has an MSc Creativity and Change Leadership from Buffalo State University and is a graduate of THNK Creative Leadership School in Amsterdam, which focuses on the intersection between creativity, innovation and leadership as applied to social change. For the last 15 years, she has worked as an Innovation and Creativity Director for world-leading wine and spirits companies like Pernod Ricard and Diageo. She now consults to organisations on creativity and innovation as well as works as an Executive Coach helping people to have more creative and fulfilling lives.
