This is the game to go beyond small talk and truly connect with people.
Empathy fuels connections between people.
But, what’s a real connection in the digital age? When do we still sit down, actively listen and engage with each other’s stories? The Empathy Game is a playful way to dive deeper with friends, family, or colleagues.
The game is simple. You pick a card and tell your story, from the everyday to the fantastic. Afterwards the listeners engage with your story by throwing the dice and exploring elements of their human experience.
The Empathy Game encourages sharing, listening and engaging with our fellow humans. It’s the active act of recognition and vulnerability that brings us closer together, and what could be better than that?

“The Empathy Game connects us to the core of the human experience: listening, tuning into each other’s worlds, and imagining the surreal.”

The empathy game is a fun and yet deep game to play with friends and colleagues. Although I still have to try it with colleagues, It has allowed exploring different facets of the life of some close friends and connect to a deeper level with them and we people I've met recently. What i liked the most is the momentum the games creating, an electric feeling of connections that is palpable among the players after a few round, when small boundaries break and words flow more freely. Highly recommended.
My daughter recommended that I play this game within my team. I was initially a little apprehensive about revealing personal things to my colleagues. But the experience of this game made it all worthwhile. We really did engage and connect with one another. Yes it was personal, but it is also about creating an environment built on trust. Which is ultimately vital to teams.
I love this game! I have heard answers to questions I never would have thought to ask. It’s a really good way to get to know people better and genuinely engage with them and have fun while you do it!

Had a lot of fun playing this game. Awesome to explore yourself, the people in the group and the group dynamics. Good way to get to know people :)
A great, unique little game with a fascinating concept that's executed very well. I was surprised at how quickly and easily the casual flow of the game encouraged us to connect with each other, right from the first play. The variety of lighter and deeper questions means that it's worked well for me both as an ice breaker with a more casual group, and also to learn more about the people I'm closest with. Definitely worth adding to the collection, no matter what kind of gamer you are.
